2016-2017 Leadership

President:  Jennifer Boubel

Jennifer and her husband Steve are parents to four children. Kirby is in Upper Elementary and Max is in Middle School. Zachry and Sydney both graduated from St. Stephen’s in 2015 and 2010, respectively.  St. Stephen’s is a big part of their family and exactly where they want to be. Kirby and Max have enjoyed being a part of the Fine Arts Musical production over the course of the last two years. Max is on the Student Council and enjoys playing on whatever sports team is in season.  Jennifer is a consultant focusing on leadership development, corporate culture and teamwork. She also serves as the Executive Director of First Presbyterian Church of Houston.

Past President: Charles Brown

Charles and his wife Anne are parents to sophomore Parker Brown.  Their other son Chase graduated from St. Thomas High School and currently attends Texas A&M University.  Charles is a lawyer at Brown, Wharton & Brothers and Anne is a nurse.  Parker plays flag football, basketball, and tennis for the high school.  He was recently a state finalist in doubles tennis.

Communication: Chandra Attayi

Chandra and her husband Adam are proud parents of two Bulldogs, Ashton and Austin.  Ashton is in Lower Elementary and Austin will be entering Primary in the fall.  As a family they enjoy traveling and recreational activities. Adam works as an International Sales Manager and Chandra works as a Personal Assistant. Chandra enjoys gardening when she has free time.

Treasurer: Karl Pierce

Karl and Ann Marie have two kids that have attended St Stephen’s over the course of the last 10 years. Elias attended St. Stephen’s between 1st and 8th grade and is now at Carnegie Vanguard High School. Emma is currently in Middle School. “When we are not running to Emma’s sporting events or being dazzled with Elias’ wit, we brew beer and compete with our creations.”

Elementary Representative:

Tamala and her husband, Lincoln, are parents to Colin and Ian.  Ian is in Primary, and Colin is excited to start Lower El next year. The family moved to Houston from NYC nearly 5 years ago. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Tamala worked as a lawyer with a focus on corporate internal investigations and white collar criminal defense.  Lincoln sells private equity to institutional investors.  The Singleton family enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling and spending time with loved ones.
